Animal Nutrition & Health R&D Director, has a scientific background in food science and analytical chemistry. Today, she leads research and development programs at Ynsect to design new mealworms ingredients, deepen the knowledge of current mealworms products and to adapt them to the different markets for insects, especially petfood and human markets. Her activities are very transversal between marketing, regulatory, quality, engineers. She is also responsible for providing scientific and technical support for novel food dossiers.
