Prof Dr E.C. Mills

Molecular scientist, who has lead the largest EU-funded projects on food allergy EuroPrevall and iFAAM. She currently leads the UK funded PAFA project on prevalence of adult food allergy, and the “Safety by design”  WP3 in GiantLeaps an EU project focused on all aspects of alternative proteins. She is also a partner in an EFSA funded project to develop novel strategies for predicting allergenicity.
