We are proud to announce that Alie de Boer will be speaking at the upcoming Bridge2Food Europe event! Her presentation is part of Track II: New Product Development & Formulation Challenges, focusing on the future of safe and sustainable food innovation.
In her talk “Towards Safe Innovations: Nutrivigilance and Post-Market Monitoring for Novel Proteins”, Alie will dive into why keeping an eye on novel foods after they hit the market is more important than ever. She’ll share early insights from the MoSIN project and explore how a European system for post-market monitoring could look—plus the practical challenges (and opportunities!) that come with it.
The Bridge2Food event is taking place from 3–5th of June in the Fokker Terminal The Hague (Netherlands). This event is a great platform for various stakeholders in the food industry where ''From Hype to Reality: Navigating Through a Shifting Landscape” in the alternative protein sector is the main focus.
