16 October 2024 - MoSIN Kick-off

Wednesday 16th of October the MoSIN consortium members headed to UMC Utrecht for the official kick-off. 

We finally had our first meeting for the NWO-KIC project MoSIN (Monitoring the Safe Introduction of  NovelFoods). The kick-off was a great success. All partners in the project were present. The project ideas on effect changing dietary habits on food sensitisation, legume clinical relevant cross-reactivity, monitoring adverse reactions, AI, and improved food allergen communication were shared and fantastic input was received thanks to all enthusiastic participants in the project. We are looking forward to this great collaboration!
